I’ve been wearing Paper Doll’s Season’s Hunt dress for the past day or so and it’s so adorable..I had talked myself out of blogging it because I’ve seen it in the feeds so much..I probably shouldn’t worry about what else is being blogged and just blog what I like and what I’m wearing that day…I guess we all…well..most of us…strive to find that original style that sets us apart from the rest.

This is the first season since I’ve blogged that I didn’t participate in The Seasons Hunt..I usually do a big post with all of my loot…and as always there is some excellent loot. a beautiful facade

omg so many amazing things have been coming out…i’ve been missing so much over the past few weeks, and i feel like I say this all the time…but here I go again…

If you are a designer and you’ve sent me items to blog..please be patient..my sl is…i don’t think there are any words for what my sl is right now…but i’m trying really hard to get everything organzied and normal, (hahaha at normal) and I hope to be able to put a lot more work into my blog.

I even missed the release of Mini, Laqroki‘s newest skin that has been getting mixed reviews from the people I’ve spoken with. But I have to say, it was love at first sight  when I tried her on. A definite different look for Laqroki, yet you can still see the “family resemblance”. Mini is young and fresh, innocent….like a flower just about to blossom I’m loving her and she will be my numero uno face for a while I do believe…

I put Mini in MischaMi‘s newest dress, Vee and some boho jewelry, and omg Lelutka‘s new Mischa wedges which you’ll probably see me in for at least 3 or 4 posts in a row, lol..in love with those as well…

windlight dawns

I just love playing with all the different windlight settings on Phoenix…and if you haven’t looked in a while, they’ve recently added some awesome new ones to the preset list.  I’m embarrassed to say how many pics I took for this post, lol. After much sorting and sifting and deciding, I narrowed it down to a few of my favs. I guess I favored the sunset settings for this “look” because those were mostly my picks.

I took these pictures with the notion of entering one into the Shag Flickr contest…and I’m sure I still will. I just want to play around with some of them some more. Perhaps I’ll look through some photoshop tutorials and see if there is something that could give my pic some “oompht.”

I’ve never entered a photo contest before because I just don’t have enough faith in my photoshop/picture taking skills. I mean I know I’m not on a kindergarten level..maybe..3rd grade? lol..regardless…there are some KICK ASS people on Flickr..we all know who they are lol. It makes me feel nervous and self conscious to enter a photo contest….but hell…might as well :p

The pic above is the one I’m leaning toward as my first entry(you can enter 2 pics), but I feel like it needs something else…more depth maybe? More light? Any suggestions??? Please??!!!! lol

These photos were all taken in the oOo Photo Studio, a really cool FREE group gift from oOo. 48 prims, it has a white screen area for your pose stand..although it comes with a pose stand with poses in it too..it has a chaise and a stool both filled with poses…

This gift really wowwed me and I’m thinking about leaving it permanently rezzed on our beach…it’s nice to look out and see the ocean and to hear my beach sounds while I’m taking pics…very atmospheric…and as you can see from the first pic in the post, I can get the same result as I do from my orb in the sky.

Of course if it stays I’ll have to do a little landscaping, rez some plants or trees, maybe put it on a deck..or a little pier?…lol…what kind of a prim whore would I be if I didn’t??

You can replace the photos on the studio walls with your own pics. On the opposite wall theres also a place for a photo (plus the stool)…and if you mess anything up it’s all copy/mod, just rez another studio
